ANALYST – INBOUND CHAT – CUSTOMER OPERATIONS (PUNE)

We are searching for a motivated Analyst to join our growing Customer Operations team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through our inbound chat platform. You will resolve customer inquiries efficiently, route complex issues to the appropriate team members, and influence in the enhancement of
